ClickDesk is the fastest live-chat service. Built-in Browser Phone and local access numbers in 40 countries are included.
ClickDesk integration helps the website visitors to chat or call the operators. With SugarCRM addon, the operators can add a message and entire chat transcript to that lead"s "notes" section in the SugarCRM directly from the IM. The addon also retrieves the profile from SugarCRM if the lead details already exist in the CRM
